While direct delivery is most suited for local deliveries, there are times when this is also the only option available.

In some cases the time is of the essence, and direct delivery is the fastest way to deliver a vessel regardless of the distance.

In other cases, the vessel might be too large to transport via any other means, or the destination is not accessible by ships or trucks.

Regardless of the reason, our USCG Licensed Captains will handle the delivery of your vessel with great care.

Our unique process starts with a detailed inspection and a thorough assessment of the condition of the vessel. We document our inspection with pictures and provide a detailed report to you as owner to review. This process is necessary for both safety and insurance purposes, as any issues which we uncover that might jeopardize the safety of the vessel or the crew would have to be addressed prior to the departure. Having the inspection and assessment complete ensures that the vessel is ready to undertake the voyage ahead, especially if it is in open ocean waters.

After the inspection, any significant deficiencies identified in the report will have to be addressed by the owner prior to setting sail. At this time we would also set the expected sailing day and would identify any additional crew members which would need to be on the voyage.

Finally, on the day of the voyage, the captain and crew would conduct one final inspection and complete the safety brief before setting sail for the final destination.
